HOUSE ¨TAFI DEL VALLE¨ . 2017
The house is located in a tourist mountain village.
This project has a synthetic and contemporary formal language, but its materiality responds to the construction tradition of the place, which in principle is the ADOBE block, a masonry made mainly of raw earth. In this project the use of raw earth is planned but with a minimum addition of cement to be built as TAPIAL, formworks are made and there the TAPIAL mixture is tamped.
The idea is to generate a finish that blends in with the surroundings due to its materiality but generates contrast due to the pure forms that permeate the entire design.
The organisation of the floor plan of the house also stems from an architectural TYPOLOGY of the area, which is the PATIO ORGANISATION. Due to the strong winds in this mountainous area, protection is sought through INTERNAL PATIOS that allow people to relax outside, so that they can enjoy the winter sun while the winds are not harmful or annoying.

La Casa esta ubicada en una Villa Turística de montaña
Este proyecto tiene un lenguaje formal sintético y contemporáneo, pero su materialidad responde a la tradición constructiva del lugar, que en principio es el bloque de ADOBE, un mampuesto realizado en tierra cruda principalmente, en este proyecto esta previsto el empleo de la tierra cruda pero con una adición mínima de cemento para ser construido como TAPIAL, se realizan encofrados y allí se apisona la mezcla de TAPIAL.
La idea es generar un acabado que se mimetice con el entorno por su materialidad pero que genere contraste por las formas puras que impregnan todo el diseño.
La organización en planta de la casa también nace de una TIPOLOGÍA arquitectónica de la zona, que es la ORGANIZACIÓN A PATIOS, debido a los fuertes vientos en esta zona montañosa, se busca la protección a través de PATIOS INTERNOS que permitan el esparcimiento de las personas en el exterior, así se puede disfrutar del sol invernal mientras los vientos no son perjudiciales ni molestos.
